I sometimes create multiple views of multiple simple sheet metal cuts on one sheet. I like to add the view labels manually with the appropriate scale on each, with a part reference number I manually type in. (Autocad habit I guess) Problem is, when I go to create a view label on a view that is the same as the sheet scale, it does not work. I have to change the view scale or sheet scale, then it magically appears. It is very odd that the sheet scale restricts adding a view label. Running 2018 sp5. Anyone else experience this? I know I can set it to auto add view labels, but I don't always use them.
