Use Toolbox Manager to add configurations to custom added parts

Standard toolbox parts such as bolts or nuts are configured to enable configuration creation from the toolbox manager/configurator/browser, adding new sizes in a simple way by adding a row to the table it appears when selected. How can I prepare a custom part (such as a T-slot aluminium extrusion) to enable this behavior once I add my custom part to the toolbox? I have tried to:

- Create design table from configuration manager

- Link length dimension to configuration-specific custom file property

- Add same custom file property to toolbox manager

My end goal is to import this extrusion to an assembly and be able to configure it with drop-down menus for size (2020, 2040, 4040 slots) and length (100mm, 200mm, etc), as easy as selecting M3 bolt size!

Thank you in advance!!
