Hi,
Can anyone tell me how I can make fold of cylinder.
For example: I have solid body 300x100x2 from which I would like to make fold of cylinder. Is it possible?

Zdravko,
I'm afraid that this is not possible.
Do it as base flange, see attached.

You can use Janusz method or try using Flex option (Insert > Features > Flex)
