Our VAR does not seem to like us when we report bugs to him. We are told that we are by far the customer that costs the most time and effort. But, over 80% of the cases that we report are bugs (SW, PDM, Composer). Isn't that wanted? After all, you want to have a well-functioning system at some point and not always have to be annoyed. Or is this idealism illusory? Due to the bugs we already have capacity losses of approx. 30%. How is it with you? Are you reporting bugs and is your VAR pleased about that? Which bugs do you report and how?
Lars Uhlenhaut - After reading your comment it makes me appreciate our VAR a lot more. They would do anything to help... Might be a good time to contact the ownership of the VAR, if they feel that way, then it's time to get another VAR..
