Hello.

I am trying to run solidworks 2017 on my university's vmware however, when I try to open solidworks it gets stuck on loading registry. Also when I try to open anything related to solidworks it is frozen.

Should I just wait for the tech support at my school or is there something I can do to fix it myself?
