Hello Everyone

Please i need your help :

When I run solidworks 2019 SP1 it takes more than 20 minutes to open and the CPU performance is at 0% the issue happening since i have upgrade from solidworks 2018 SP4 to 2019 SP1 , it seems like the processor doesn't t respond to solidworks ( under Windows 7 pack1 )

Hardware configuration is a HPZ440 worstation

• Processor Intel Xeon E5-1620 3.5GHZ
• Ram DDR4 16GO
• Graphic card : QuadroFX370
