Hi there!
I have a question, I'd imagine that its super simple to fix. My drawing seemingly has an issue, due to the fact that I only have one sheet on it. Any help that will change to properties to the correct numbers? Thanks.

Hi there!
I have a question, I'd imagine that its super simple to fix. My drawing seemingly has an issue, due to the fact that I only have one sheet on it. Any help that will change to properties to the correct numbers? Thanks.

1. When in "Edit sheet format" mode, double-click on that Note and use your cursor to highlight the 11.
2. Go to the Note's property manager, click on the "Link to Property" icon, and choose "Current document" at top, then select "SW-Current Sheet" (highlighted below) from the drop-down. Click OK. That will put the numeral 1 in that space.
3. Highlight your second 11 and repeat the process, but this time select "SW-Total Sheets." Since you said this drawing only contains one sheet, another 1 will be entered there, but if you later add more sheets this number will update. If you save this sheet format and use it for the next sheet, then the note on that sheet will say "Sheet 2 of 2", and the first sheet will automatically update to "Sheet 1 of 2".
Thanks Glen,
I have done this and I have also run the above macro (resetting the sheet properties values). Unfortunately this has not worked. The text are using the correct properties, however they are not updating to the one sheet that I have. I created a new sheet in the drawing and the value did increase to 12. I do not have 11 or 12 sheets. I now have 2 sheets.
Any further help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Can you post a drawing that's showing this behavior? See How can I attach a file to a forum post? if you aren't familiar with the process. It doesn't need to have any drawing views.
I have found out why this occurred. The original text value was "1". I added the linked property to the text instead of replacing the text. Thus it created "11" in the text box. What I don't understand is why it wouldn't allow me to remove the 1 in front of the custom property. I have remedied this by completely erasing all text in the field and following your procedures again. Thanks!
