Hi, I would like to publish some file to 3D PDF. I just wanted to know how secure the contained 3D Data is against someone trying to get the content out of that file and use it in any CAD software with original dimensions etc. Can this be done or is it secure enough. I have no special reason but I think it could be helpful for spare parts lists for our clients. Then again I must make sure that nobody can use the 3D PDF to reverse engineer our products. If there are ways to get to the data I think I will not use it.

I could not find precise info specifically for 3D PDF resp. content that was published through composer. Maybe sombody in this forum can help with info?
