Why don't the Lugs appear in the flat pattern?

Hello Everyone,

I'm struggling to understand why the two simple lugs which have been created as edge flanges don't make it through to the default flat pattern for my quotation drawing. But when I suppress the flat pattern in the feature tree, SolidWorks is perfectly capable of unfolding them.

Its only a concept (one of 4 configurations) and will no doubt be too expensive to consider seriously, but if I can imagine something, I really like to understand why I can't model it? Any ideas? Is this a glitch?

the attached ZIP contains only the assembly file. But without the parts it's empty and useless.

Please attach the sheet metal part here.

Bob,

I assume you have "Verification on rebuild" turned off? When I did a Ctrl Q on your part, it came up with a few errors, including the edge flange which is why it's not showing in your drawing.

I re-did the edge flanges & everything worked as it should.

Hello Kevin, Thanks for taking the time to look at this. Verification on rebuild is enabled so I can't understand why it is not showing as an error. I do remember experimenting with and obround auto relief in the Convert-Solid1 last thing on Friday which has only half resolved itself since I switched it back. I will take your advice and re-do the edge flange feature.

Sorry Ruben, It is 2019 SP 1.0 and I think the problem something to do with the auto relief settings which have been operating on a bend by bend basis instead of globally.
