Change from G54 to G55 in Gcode

I am making a complex part that needs to have several different offsets/fixtures. Solidcam always Gcodes the entire set of operations as G54. How do I change the offsets/fixtures in Solidcam or Solidworks so that when Solidcam gcodes all the operations at once, each operation can have it's own offset/fixture..such as G55, G56, etc?

  The Gcodes will be used with Mach 3. It is an assembly with several different parts. Each part needs different depths, x position, etc. I would like to run each operation that uses the same tool together. Instead of having to click on each operation in Mach 3 to run them separately. It will be run on a CNC machine.
