Yes, many lines on the part
holes shows in 2 halves
I've seen this behavior many times, so these should be fine unless you want these to be removed. If you want to get rid of them them you would have to manually edit the bodies and remove these using various tool like delete and patch surface OR recreate the body taking references from this body.
But if these are still there, what issues these lines are creating for you?

Perhaps set to Shaded rather than Shaded with Edges?

John Gurrola - parts coming in like that are mostly surface files, did you try and highlight everything and use the Surface Knit Feature and check the "Make Solid" box. If that works for you then I would add another feature and split the part at the seam and Mirror the feature by selecting the bodies option and also make sure the "Merge" box is checked..

Are you seeing multiple bodies OR parts in assemblies or lines in the parts? Can you attach some files/picture to show what you are getting.
