Hello, everyone!
I'm trying to determine how to properly model an o-ring that has a constant mass, user defined internal diameter, and resulting variable thickness.
Basically, the o-ring would be modeled in a resting state, the internal diameter changed (likely in an "installed" configuration) to fit a larger diameter (o-ring groove), and the o-ring thickness would change accordingly with no change in the part mass.
I've tried using equations with SW-Mass, and I've tried using another body to remove material, but nothing is coming close to producing the desired results.
Anybody here know how to accomplish this?
