I have SolidWorks 19, in Class I was able to rotate part as a 3D part, when I look at the tool bar at the top my selection for 3D Drawing view is subdued, How do I enable it?

I'm also confused. If you want to rotate a model just hold down your scroll wheel and move your mouse around. You don't need a toolbar.
Hello Glenn and Tony, I contacted Solid works customer service, turned out that my mouse had a problem, I swapped it with a different Logitech mouse Model M310 and 3D revolve works fine now. I was aware that holding the scroll key and moving mouse should make the object revolve but the other mouse just would not work as expected. Problem solved by using the M310 mouse. Thanks to both of you for your quick response.
