In my file sketch (3DSketch1) for side blocks to have holes on the part is created by using Split Line. But in the video it seems created without using Split Line. How is it possible?

His basket was created differently than yours but he sketched his core profile on the face of the part. Open your loft feature and edit it. Uncheck the box that says Merge Tangent Faces and you'll see the faces on the outside of your part.
Now I can select the side of the basket and sketch on it.

Whether it is possible to use core tool with split line. Because it is not coming.
For the core tool to work, it will tell you exactly what it needs.
After you use your split line to create your planar face, you still need to sketch your tooling outline on that face.
Then you choose your options for how that core cut will be created. Note: for some reason, the Through All end condition did not work for me but the Blind did.
Once you're done, you can see another body was cut from your mold half to be used as a side-action core.
