I would want the vertical rib not to go past the inside face of the outer skin of the planter. If you do the section view of the right plane, you will see that.

Hello Vitul, ...unfortunately, when I "Ctrl-Q", your model has errors.. which usually means you have VOR (verification on rebuild) off?
so,.. you may need to go back and turn on VOR and repair what is failing..
Otherwise,.. normally, you could cut that extra internal material away and have it be part of your pattern.
Thanks for the reply Paul. I have now turned on the VOR option and used a bit complicated process to remove the inside ribs (as attached). Is there any simpler way to create ribs on such parts without allowing it to grow inside ?
Hey Vitul,.. glad VOR is on... so, I'd just simplify.. do "1" cut.. get of all your previous cuts and select the internal face, and cut all of them. (image attached)
