Anyone ever run into an issue using the "Debug Add-ins" within the PDM Admin Tool?

Yesterday everything worked fine, and put it into production. Then noticed my menu command was in there twice. Realizing I had it loaded as an Addin, and in Debug, I tried to remove it. After hitting the Ok button to accept removing it from debug, I would check to see if it was actually removed, but it wasn't. Weird thing was, I had to add it again, then remove it, and finally it was gone.

Now, I can't get to to stay.

Adding it and selecting Ok.

Checking to make sure it is there, gone! DUMB!
