Quality checking to standards?

I'm looking at a 45 page component technical specification document from a corporate and there is a section on 'Drawing Data'. This company use Catia and mention "....software quality checkers such as:DCS, Q-Checker, ENDCHECK, PQA-DQA, ....." This means nothing to me so am wondering if there is anything in the SW which does this work or meets these requirements? Any enlightenment gratefully received, cheers

As I understand it.
Describes verifying my drawings with a final checklist.
There must be an instruction describing the conditions specified by the company.
