I am working on a Fluid Simulation, much as I have previously. I am having difficulties with the fluid flow piercing the side of a plastic piece made of acetal. This is obviously incorrect. I therefore applied a boundary condition wall at the surfaces where the trajectory lines pierce the plastic. It came back with the following message:

'Face<1>@R091033C-2 is not laying on the boundary between solid and fluid region.'

I've been at this awhile to try and figure out whether this is an issue with the individual part (I ported it from Solid Edge and ran it both ways: as a single piece and feature recognized), or a selection I failed to indicate? Any thoughts are much appreciated!
