Go to Support | MySolidWorks and look through the options to find the button to "Change email".
You have to do it correctly through MySolidWorks or through your VAR or you can get into activation problems.
There should be other profile items you would want to change also if you are transferring this to a different user.
That user must be in your company.

Online or machine activation?
If you’re using the traditional machine activation and the software is on the same machine, the email address is actually moot. Just this year, they no longer require it anymore. Previously the email address entry was just essentially to make sure a ‘bot’ wasn’t activating.
