Are you sure those faces are planar?
I have found the problem. It is not planer.
Let me guess, you used the mold tools "parting surface" tool to create it?
I did not use "parting surface". Everything I did manually. That means I did not use mold tool.

Looking at your assembly files, it doesn't seem like those faces are planar (flat). But they do seem to fit together perfectly. Adding a coincident mate between these two corners should accomplish what you are trying to do.
After mating, you can run Interference Detection on the assembly and see that the parts are not intersecting.
