is anyone knows how can i set the radius dimension to be a dual dimension text? it works for me at chamfer and linear dimension (see example on the attached pic), but it doesnt work for a radius dimension.
I could be wrong, but I thought he was referring to having two text boxes versus one.
If you want different units (Imperial and Metric for example) for your dimension annotations, then you need to go to Options, Document Properties, Units (see screenshots).
select the Dual Dimension button at the bottom of the pallet (see your 3.png)

you r right. i am trying to write the text "TYP. X3" or whatever, below the dimension leader as you can see at the next pic:
i managed to do it only when the Custom Text Position is set to be "Solid Leader, Aligned Text" :
do you know any way to write below the leader line for all types of dimensions?
No, in the other two cases the bottom box in the dimension text disappear

you can have the bottom row in the text but you have to display it in line with the leader. Go to Document Properties:
