I am using a dell Inspiration 15-3567, my graphics card is Intel(R) HD Graphics 620, I am using a 64 bit windows 10 operating system and I have 8 gigs of ram. I have never experience this problem in over a year of using solidworks but now I can't get any work done. I ran a Diagnostics in Rx but it gave me the following results.

Diagnostic Results: There is no information on your configuration in our database. If you are experiencing issues with your system, you may want to visit the website to find recommended cards and drivers.

Card/driver combination information can be found at:  http://www.solidworks.com/pages/services/VideoCardTesting.html

As I said I have never had this problem for over a year of using solidworks on this pc. So this can't be the problem.

The SOLIDWORKS Backup Directory has not been set. Please set in Tools\Options\Backups.

There is a newer version of SOLIDWORKS that is available to current subscription service customers. For further details, visit:  http://www.solidworks.com/pages/services/downloads.html

Toolbox is loaded on a local drive. This may not be an appropriate location if the toolbox parts are shared. See the Installation Guides at http://www.solidworks.com/pages/services/ServicePacks.html for more information.

I don't know what any of this stuff means. Should I try re-installing the software?
