PDM access is denied only on some machines

I have just completed the install of Solidworks 2018-2019 along with PDM Standard. On 4 of the 6 machines I have it installed on, there is no problem. On two of the machines, I can add the vault view and enter folders within the vault and even see file names, but when I click on a file, I get an error saying "access is denied" I don't believe this is a permissions issue because I have tried with the admin account and it works on the four other computers. All of the installs are from the same admin image, so it doesn't make sense why they are behaving differently.

I have tried reinstalling Solidworks multiple times and it does not seem to help.


Any ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated, as I have seem to hit a dead end here.
