hi guys so I have a bit of an issue that I keep running into and havent found a solution yet. I have created a solidbody and took one of the sides and created a piece of sheet metal. I then take this piece of sheet metal and insert it into my reference assembly but when I go to match the origins of the sheet metal piece and the assembly origin they do not line up as they should. I need to see how I can modify the origin or why it the origin of the sheet metal piece changes from where I have chosen it to stay.

I would use the Move/Copy bodies and mate all three planes of solidworks with the planes of the solidbody then create sheet metal out of one of the sides.

hopefully that makes sense. please let me know if I can fix this.

as you can see the blue arrow shows the origin of the FRONT panel matching perfectly with where it should be placed. The red arrow shows the BACK panel of the sheet metal piece I created and where it gets placed once I match the origin. not sure why this one is not being placed where it should be. it is a matter of matching the origins because the back panel origin moved or something
