The wizard is in 2009, nothing exists in 2008. What I did was use custom properties in the sheet format. Some of these are populated from the part and the rest from a visual basic program I wrote.
I have attached a zip file which contains the drt's, dot's, macro and VB executable. In the executable, I pull the date and user name from windows (login name). If you would like to modify the VB, I think I still have the project; I could post it for you.
Read the READ ME.txt, it explains what to do with everything.
