Hi Rob, I have my image quality cranked up as high as it goes, which helps with the sketch lines, but not with the model edge.
my vendor is saying there is an issue with the model. We are saying no. I thought maybe there was a setting that I could not find that did the same to the model edge as it does for the sketch. hmmm thanks for the help!

That doesn't make sense..
When I drop to minimum my sketch remains the same.
So if the vendor says it's model specific, what happens in a new part?
Vendor as in the one you purchased the software from? If so I would send them the model and make them prove that it is the model.
No our vendor who makes this part for us. This is an overlay used with dome switches. This is made up of multiple layers, and we had issues with the layers not lining up.
Try going to Options, System options, Performance and move this slider with the red arrow to the right left.

maybe it's just a display thing.
I would try to find out how they're using your model. If they're exporting to some other format, the issue could be there. If you measure your extrude and it says it's got a diameter/radius, then SW thinks it's round. However, if some export is using tesselation data, it may not be fine enough.
