From Solidworks Resources I downloaded Steel.zip from routing components a while ago but only recently I've found this problem.
DIN units should be metric but "amazingly" DIN2616 Concentric K reducer is in inches...this mean that, for example, reducer 114,6/88,9 (from 4" to 3") is enormous! In fact, switching from units doesn't solve this issue (this problem doesn't affect Eccentric E reducer).
Did someone know how to solve this problem?

In fact no...but I've seen it this error on Equation
In some place is declared units as Inch....and as you said units is mm....I will try to find where could I change it...
I fix it, follow this ones...(Before you do it, make a backup of your original file)
1-Change global unit
2-Add a new dumb configuration...
3-Erase all existing configurations
4-Edit design table (no modify any value)
only tick on green
5-Tick on NO
6-Erase Dumb configuration
7-Voila all in mm
