Hey guys, as the title says I lost a few parts saved inside the assembly. I will copy and paste the whole story I posted on another forum.

Hey guys, I feel so frustrated right now. I had made parts inside my assembly, and they were saved internally. A few days ago Solidworks crashed while I was inside the assembly grabbing some pictures of the model. I didn't think anything of it because there were no changes made to the assembly itself, so I didn't lose any work. Now today I booted up the assembly again and I get the pop-up to search for missing parts, or supress them. The thing is; I can't search for the missing parts because they were saved inside of the assembly! I spend a whole day working on those parts and I just cannot get them back.

Is there anything I can do?

EDIT: I can litterally see the parts when opening the assembly, but they automatically get supressed. When I load up the report it links the files to a path in Appdata\Local\Temp and then to a folder which doesn't exists anymore (swx14744). Is this where internal assembly files get saved normally? Is there a possibilty of using data recovery software to recover them?

EDIT 2: I am starting to pull my hair out! I have tried scanning the Temp folder with various data recovery software but I have no luck. When opening the assembly I can see the parts right in front of my eyes! But after loading they just get supressed and disappear. If I can see them on boot up of the assembly, they surely can't be totatly gone right?
