I updated my color scheme recently and cannot figure out where I went wrong. (or if this is a bug??)
The color of blocks in sketches is now following the inactive sketch color, whether the block is active or not!!
When I am in a sketch blocks no longer show up as undefined(blue) or defined(black) colors.
My blocks are always grey(now purple)!
So I investigated the colors and figured out that the blocks are following the inactive color scheme.
..Why? ...How?? Did I change something somewhere that would break this or make this happen?
This is exactly how it works for me. It follows the color of Sketch (inactive). Basically, the way I see it, Solidworks sees that as a separate sketch inside a sketch, so to speak.
If you notice, when you edit the block, the colors of the lines inside the block change to the normal sketch color (like you are editing a sketch) and the lines that are in your normal sketch now revert to the inactive color. Once you finish editing it, it reverts back.
