Creating one macro for part assembly and drawing

I want to make a macro with a userform which will always be active. There i will put my shortcuts.

So for example, i am making a 2D drawing, and i will have the macro on the second screen. When i select an dimesion i want to push "h9" and the tolerance should be added.

Or in a part, save as step with the file name: "customprop1 & customprop2"

Or change sheet scale

Or change sheet size

If i create a macro with solidworks, then i can only run the macro once.

I do have experience with visual studio, but did not succeed with creating a solidworks macro with VS.

Kindly regards,
