In working on an existing drawing I am seeing that a previous engineer did something I would like to emulate but have not figured out how he did it. As you can see below the reference portion of the model is greyed out while the important components are solid black. I have looked at envelopes, display states and several other ideas but have come up empty. Can someone tell me how this is accomplished?
