The challenges ahead...
As a member of the SOLIDWORKS Community team, you will be the face of the SOLIDWORKS brand as it relates to managing the SOLIDWORKS User Group Network (SWUGN) including both in-person and virtual user groups. You will need to effectively interact with SOLIDWORKS employees, resellers, and partners – and most importantly the SOLIDWORKS user community, as you work to grow the user group network worldwide and ensure the success of the groups.
What will your role be?
In this highly-visible position you will be responsible for reporting on the “pulse of the community” to SOLIDWORKS executives and product teams – delivering feedback from users as you interact with them. You will need to work closely with User Group Leaders and inspire and enable them to grow their groups and deliver valuable content/SOLIDWORKS news and information to their members.
