I have created a simple part with a couple of hole created from Hole Wizard. I then create a drawing and try to dimension everything using Model Items, Entire Model. The dimensions are "Marked for Drawing", but they do not all show up in the drawing. This is a consistant behavior.

Has anyone run into this? Is there a resolution to the problem?
