When I switch, for example from A size to B size, I have to change the paper size to one of the Tabloid choices. Is there a way to eliminate all but 3 of the choices? That would be a big time saver in the long run.

I could be wrong, but I believe that's a local setting, depending on your printer, and not something SW controls.
Yup. As per Glenn, SW can't change that, it's a print driver thing.
I wrote a macro to automate printer switching and size selection (along with a bunch of other tasks) years ago. Basically, I had a form with 9 buttons on it - Scale-to-fit and 100% for four different paper sizes, plus the print button. The macro handled switching printers, selecting paper sizes, saving PDF and DXFs, etc...
Do you mean this list in Sheet Properties?
