Not well versed in PDM Professional, I prematurely changed the state of a drawing from released to revised. Is there any way I can recall/resend, take that back to the original previous released state?

Logged in as administrator (or a user if they have rollback permissions) open the history of the file. Select the version of the file you would like (more than likely the previous monumental revision). On the top of the history window hit the rollback button and follow the wizard. As it will say multiple times, this cannot be undone.
Hi Daniel,
We have an article on rollbacks in your knowledge base. you are welcomed to go over our document. it elaborates on what the feature is, and some important considerations that should be taken before performing the roll back. i.e. destructive nature of a rollback, handling referenced files, regulatory compliance, etc.
If you have the right permissions you can roll the model back, or you can have a workflow transition to place it back in the correct state.
