Hi,

I want to create the part that I attach, which basically is a cut strip bent as a cone. First strip that I did with another radius and profile angle came out perfectly, but this second strip just won't work. I want to be able to unfold the part, add some holes and then fold it back again, but I get the error message "This part contains features that cannot be unbent", even without the holes. It seems like there is a limit to what solidworks can create, because just adjusting the base line in "Sketch7" just a little bit will make it work.

Any ideas on how to fix this? Could it have something to do with bend radius, k-factors and stuff?
