I am trying to get to the downloads section of the customer portal but I seem to get stuck in a log in loop that ends with a screen that just has a box on it that says "Message: Success" with a "Next" button, but clicking the button doesn't do anything.
I've tried using different browsers from different networks. I've even tried from a Mac (using two different browsers there) and I get the same page every time.
I log into the customer portal. It works, I can see my profile information. Everything seems OK.
I navigate to the downloads link under support and I see the downloads front page but there's a link telling me I need to log in to download things. That seems odd since I just came from a page where I was logged in, but I click the link to log in again. That's when it shows me the screen with the navigation menu in the top corner, but the rest of the screen blank except for the "Message: Success" box. It doesn't seem too successful to me..!
This has repeated over many days, over many browsers and now over multiple operating systems, so can anyone tell me if it's a problem with the site, or something I'm doing wrong..? Has our corporate support contract lapsed? This seems odd behavior if it's that, but it's the only thing I can think of.
