Electrical in SWx without SWx electrical

    Daniel Melendez

I know, get Solidworks electrical. But, what are some good tips for doing wiring, in Solidworks if you don't have SWx electrical?

Sorry if this has been asked before.

      Thank you.

We currently use an in-context part at the assembly level that is then basically full of swept bodies to represent the wires.  It's a bit cumbersome and you need to be smart with how you reference geometry so it doesn't fall over when you move something but gets the job done to a point.  We are looking at going SW Electrical though to replace this method!
