Performance Costs of Features for Large Assemblies

We are reviewing our modeling practices (Skeleton Sketch Part) and I mentioned that planes have no performance cost to a coworker and should be used instead of sketches where possible (that's according to a presentation from Grant Mattis). This got us talking. Are there other features that also have no performance hit? What is the hierarchy? Is this documented somewhere that I missed? I didn't see this discussed over at Large Assembly Performance Discussion (I read a good bit, but didn't read through the entire thread, it's quite lengthy.)

Particularly I'd like to know the hierarchy of these features:

Plane

Coordinate System

Axis

Sketch

3D Sketch

Surface

Solid

If Alin Vargatu is around he may be able to answer this. I'm really hoping the Coordinate System has no performance hit. It really is great for the SSP method because the coordinate system name is actually displayed in the model:
