the first attachment shows an exercise from Shigley's MED book with a 40-mm diameter solid shaft supported by bearings. two pulleys are keyed to the shaft where pulley B is 100mm diameter and C 200 mm. I want to calculate the forces and reactions acting over this assembly. after finishing the assembly and setting the fixture and the bearing connectors and running the simulation I've had the correct results over the pulleys (shown in figure) but the connector forces remain wrong.
Can anyone help??
