This used to happen rarely, but lately has been happening more and more
I dont remember this happening before moving to 2018, but I could be remembering incorrectly.
In the times that I have seen this it was fixed by either of two things. The Hole Wizard/Toolbox pointer in the program (listed under 'Tools', 'Options', 'System Options', 'Hole Wizard/Toolbox') was pointed to a wrong folder and just needed to be corrected or there was something in the program that just needed to be fixed by doing a repair on the installation with your antivirus software disabled. So, I'd check that Hole Wizard/Toolbox pointer and see if it is pointed to the correct folder and, if it is, then you would want to run the repair on SOLIDWORKS via the Windows Control Panel.
Thanks, I will give that a try in the future, for this particular model, I just went ahead and rebuilt it
