The next meeting of the Northeast Ohio Solidworks Users Group will be April 15th hosted by Corsa Performance Exhausts with presentations by Faro Technologies using their Quantum measuring arm and Laser-Scanner. Also presenting will be Johnny Molica of Cadventure Inc. with a "high energy" discussion on Scan to 3D and bringing scanned data into Solidworks. Steve Pastor and his team from The Technology House (our newest user group members) will also talk to us about their day to day experiences with this technology.

We had a great meeting on April 15th at Corsa Performance Exhausts. Demonstrations included Faro Technologies laser scanning, Solidworks Scan to 3D and a great plant tour to see how Corsa designs and creates some really cool marine and automotive exhaust systems.

Thanks for the compliments Deepak.
It is a lot of fun bringing this technology to the users and having the opportunity to "get out" and see how others are implementing Solidworks, especially when "hot rods" are involved!
