Please see the attached screenshot, Is there any way to make edge treatment in weldment shown in the picture instead of cut feature? i have tried trim option, but i coudn't get pipe flat face what i shown in the picture done by cut feature.

It works for me. I'm on SW2017. What version are you on?

I think that Kalai is looking for the Weldment to be trimmed short of the intersecting member as Neville has shown, rather than trimmed to fit.
I must apologise ... I misunderstood. I see now what needed.
The option available in Trim/Extend should be extended to body-envelope or body-bounding-box rather than planar face.
There is the SPR 644478 already open. I voted for it.
If you'll set up your profile sketches (the .sldlfp files used in the Structural Member function) with points at the right places...
... and create your driving sketch with the line at the inside edge of where you want the pipe instead of at the center, you can use the "Locate Profile" button...
... and then create the second pipe with a separate feature, and you won't need to do any trimming.

Maybe arrange your line segments to stop at tube boundary ?
