      Does anyone know of a SW PCB 2018 bug wherein the thru hole vias connect to a different internal plane than they are supposed to. I fanned out some components on my design and one of my ground vias connected itself to the power plane and thus shorted the two internal planes. Is this a known issue? Any help in trying to mitigate this is appreciated.
