How to view coordinate systems? Even though it on not coming on the part.
Reference geometry is a "feature/object" (EX. creating an axis, plane, coordinate system) to REFERENCE while building/exporting your model.
The eyeball in the top of the window is nothing more than a shortcut to your "VIEW > HIDE/SHOW" drop-down. It is purely for display purposes only
If the individual coordinate system is set to Hidden that will override the setting in your screenshot. The setting you showed will only show things that are individually set as visible. Click on your coordinate system in the tree and see what it's set to.
Nothing in the tree except part feature.

I'm confused. If you (or another user) hasn't created a coordinate system in the Part then why would you expect one to be visible?

So what happens when you go to "Reference Geometry" and select "Coordinate System" from the drop-down? Nothing?
Reference Geometry Coordinate System is okay. But other one is nothing doing.
select coordinate system from the reference geometry dropdown and MANUALLY create the coordinate system as shown in the video you reference..
THEN, it will display once it has been created.
You are expecting to see something that isn't there and never will be until you create it..
What is the different between the Reference Geometry Coordinate System and Coordinate System in the Head-Up tool bar.

To reiterate what Newell Voss said, selecting it from the drop-down under "Reference Geometry" is the workflow for creating coordinate systems. Selecting the drop-down you showed in your first screenshot only controls the global visibility of existing coordinate systems.
Maha these are manually created features that are used to specify the parts location/orientation in space.
Typically they are used for exporting your model to another program.
