My solid works is not allowing me to enter a global variable into the modify box as a dimension for sketches. Does anyone know why it is doing this? It just labels the dimension as the "value" of the global variable and not the actual equation. Lets say that my global variable is "A@"=213. Once I select the global variable "A" for example in the modify box and click the tick to accept my dimension, It automatically dimensions it as 213 and is not linked to my global variable at all. If there are any solutions out there, I would very much appreciate it.
