You said a hole. I am assuming a round hole.
You can cut in any direction, as chosen in the Direction of Extrusion field of Cut-Extrude. Shown here, I have chosen a 45 degree chamfer's edge as a Direction of Extrusion.
This makes an Oval hole from a circular sketch. Unless you have an oval drill bit, I recommend James' & Steve's idea of placing it on a 45 degree plane and extruding it straight.
However, as other S. Casale and James intuited, you may seek a countersink bevel. You can do this with Draft field in Cut-Extrude.
Or you can accomplish same with a simple Chamfer feature.
