When I copy project (assambly and components) through tamplate (with rename of file) , can’t get updated component references. Is it possible to automate updating links to new components?

I ussing templates and variable! You can see some screenshot from my pdm admin tools.
I use variable "projectNumber" for rename files.

For these purposes it is better to use to Copy and Move the Tree.
The template, is suitable for creation of the Folder organization and documents of the Project more.
I think it is not necessary to use Templates for CAD files as it is impossible to create the generic collection of CAD files for any Project in advance.
As I understood at you PDM Pro - it is possible to add to Copy and Move for files and for the CAD folders.
At the same time it is possible to change and replace names of files.

By the way, your template can quite be used, but links to the files will appear, only after parts will be inserted into Assembly.
A lot of things depend on that how will be executed Development.
I do not give any numbers in Initial stage of Development as sometimes I do not know even how many and what subassemblies will be.
In the beginning, all files - only names - semantic and descriptive, I add Numbers only at the end of Development.
Therefore your option of a template to me does not resemble. It does not mean what so cannot be done.
There are differents Standards, and many use such technique or simple generation of numerical numbers.
In such cases it is possible to set up separate or group templates for parts, assemblies and drawings in PDM.
If you such option suits you - you can try it.
And still, if you make screenshots - better on english - more chances for responses.
For this purpose you can set to one of users in PDM in settings this language.
Then try to enter Vault through Administration. It shall turn out.
