My company is going to switch to the CAM package in SW2018, currently we use NX. I've been trying to make a simple flat panel with 12 1" diameter holes. I'm setting up the tool crib w/ a 1/4" 4 flute end mill. When I run the simulation, it seems to work perfectly. When I run the post-processor it runs to the end of the program, showing M30. When I load the program into the Hass Super mini mill and run the graphic, it shows the pattern being made, then the fault code '369 tool too big' shows up.
I have no idea where to start, this same part has been repeatedly made with the NX software with no issues. using the same cutter in the library.
If anyone has any insite/suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.
