Why do I get a sound when inserting toolbox components?

I'm using SW2017, Windows10.

I'm facing the following unusual behaviour. Every time I insert a part from toolbox, the system make a sound like 'Rebuilding error' notification sound.

It is annoying because the sound comes out even when I change dimensions of toolbox component.

For instance, when I insert a screw in a hole, there is a sound when placing the screw in the hole, then a sound if I need to change diameter, then a sound when changing length.

I really don't want to disable sound effects for Solidworks events.

I also noticed this is happening in some assembly models only. If I open the affected model on my colleague computer, there are no sound related to the same operations.

What's going on?

Has someone faced the same problem? Any thoughts how to solve it?
